Course Description

This course provides a cross-functional approach to the creation and distribution of goods and services in domestic and global environments. Topics will be presented using a product-life cycle approach to producing and marketing products and services. Focal areas include market analyses; product selection, design and branding; production process design; location and distribution systems analysis; pricing and profit analysis; promotion; and control of operating and distribution systems.
