The course is a mandatory course that will prepare a learner for taking an online course offered through Northern California University. It will provide assistance to the student in setting up their computers for the this and future courses in the BSBA Program. Attention is focused on learner responsibilities and communication strategies in online courses. Course content is written so that both the experienced and novice Internet user will understand the concepts. However, it is expected that all online students have a basic understanding of how to operate a computer.
