Guide to Transferring Credits

1. You will need to complete the credit transfer application [available in PDF and Word] - you may wish to type in the Word form to submit. Note that these documents open in a new window.
2. Provide your transcript(s) from the colleges where you will transfer credits from.
3. Provide the syllabus or course description (links to the website are fine) for each course you wish to transfer.
4. Submit the completed form by email, fax, or mail.
