Paul has nearly a decade's experience in teaching and training. Having spent most of this century in South Korea teaching English as a Foreign Language courses to university students, Paul has recently returned to his native United States, to take on the role of Instructional Designer at the University of Missouri. At NcalU Paul has been primarily responsible for setting up and supporting the Learning Management System, but has also been involved with faculty development and more recently has become an online instructor. He completed his graduate studies at the University of Missouri – Columbia (M.Ed. In Educational Technology) and graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. In Geography.
