Rita M. Peters is our Dean of Faculty and a Professor in the MBA program.

With over thirty years as a consultant in the business industry, Mrs. Peters provides training and support through roles such as system analyst, programmer, sales representative, and small business manager. As the primary contact, she plans, designs, installs, and supports computerized accounting systems for a client base of 75+ mid-sized companies. She is an entrepreneur at heart and is always willing to help young entrepreneurs navigate the start-up challenges that always precede business success.

Currently, Mrs. Peters is teaching both Financial and Managerial Accounting. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Kaplan University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Nebraska.

Mrs. Peters completed her MBA with the distinction of Summa Cum Laude.
