Dr. Jill Karn is  the President of Operations at Northern California University. Dr. Karn is responsible of the overall oversight of operations and management of the institution; including Admissions, Finance, Financial Aid, Student Services, Academic Affairs, Information Technology, Compliance, and Marketing.   She provides operational leadership and management of the strategic planning, development, implementation, and quality assurance of university. Dr. Karn oversees the development and implementation of policies, procedures, resources and student/faculty services to support university’s academic programs. She holds a BSBA, MBA, BSL and JD. Previously, Dr. Karn served as the Vice President of PMO, Vice President of Human Resources for a Chicago Consulting Firm and also served internationally as Director of International Relations and Education Director.
